The Employment Compass offers a list of resources oriented to the access to employment of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.It has four simple steps: get ready, train yourself, propose yourself and more resources. In each of these steps, a list of interesting centers and services is provided for jobseekers. The tool connects with geolocation services that allow establishing the route from a specific location to each center or employment support service.
